L'Assemblée générale de l'Organisation internationale pour la justice et la transparence a tenu ses sessions grâce à l'application de Zoom. L'article 9 du statut de l'organisation qui définit le mandat de la présidence de l'organisation a été examiné. La plupart des membres ont accepté de le réduire de trois ans à deux ans, sous réserve de renouvellement.
Ensuite, la porte à la candidature à la présidence de l'organisation a été ouverte après l'expiration du mandat de son président, Ayoub Attaher
Mme Sarah Fortuné a reçu le plus de votes.
IMUOHAGH International pour la justice et la transparence a élu Lili Sarah à sa présidence pour succéder au président sortant, M. Ayoub Attaher
Qui est Fortunè Sarah Lili? 
Née au Niger de père tamil de l'Inde et de mère tamasheq du Niger, Fortuné Sarah Lili a passé son enfance et son adolescence entre le Niger et le Burkina Faso. Elle aime raconter qu'elle suivait sa mère lorsqu'il fallait rechercher sa famille en brousse quand les moyens de communication inexistants ne permettaient de localiser. Des jours de recherche de Ingall à tegguida tessimt, à izelick ou encore Inabangaret ou Abedirkoum.
Juriste de formation, elle milite depuis 2009 au sein des institutions onusiennes en faveur des droits des peuples autochtones, et organise des plaidoyers en faveur des Touaregs.
Fortuné Sarah Lili was born in Niger of a Tamil-Indian father and a Tuareg mother from Niger. Lili spent most of her childhood between Niger and Burkina Faso before moving to France. She always says that she will never forget her childhood memories with her mother when they were usually looking for her relatives in the bush at a time when the current means of communication were not available in Ingall, tegguida tessimt, izelick and in Inabangaret or Abedirkoum.
LiLi is a trained lawyer, and since 2009 she has been campaigning for human rights in the UN institutions and in favour of indigenous peoples' rights and has fought for years for the rights of Tuareg people around the world. She joined Imouhagh International in 2017 and worked for three years as a lawyer for the organization, before she ran for president of the organization and won the majority of the votes of the members.

عقدت الجمعية العمومية لمنظمة إموهاغ الدولية من أجل العدالة والشفافية جلساتها عبر تطبيق زوم وتمت مناقشة المادة 9 من نظام المنظمة والتي تحدد مدة رئاسة المنظمة واتفق أغلب الأعضاء على خفضها من ثلاث سنوات إلي سنتين "2" قابلة للتجديد.
ثم فتح باب الترشح لرئاسة المنظمة بعد انقضاء مدة رئيسها أيوب الطاهير .
وحصلت السيدة Sarah fortuné على أغلب الأصوات لتكون رئيسة المنظمة خلفا لرئيسها المنتهية ولايته السيد أيوب الطاهير
من تكون سارة لي-لي؟
ولدت فورتوني سارة لي-لي في النيجر من اب تاميلي-هندي وأم تارقية من اقليم ايار (النيجر). وأمضت لي-لي طفولتها بين النيجر وبوركينا فاسو قبل ان تنتقل الى فرنسا. فهي تقول دائما انها لن تنسى ذكريات طفولتها مع والدتها عندما كن يبحثن عادة عن اقاربها في الأدغال في وقت كانت فيه وسائل الاتصال الحالية غير متاحة في "إنقال" إلى "تيجدا" و تيسميت الى "اظيلك" حتى "إنبنغيريت".
لي-لي هي محامية متدربة وهي تقوم بحملات انسانية منذ عام 2009 داخل مؤسسات الأمم المتحدة لصالح حقوق الشعوب الأصلية وتناضل منذ سنوات من اجل حقوق الطوارق في العالم.
لي-لي ألتحقت بمنظمة إيموهاغ الدولية عام 2017 وعملت طيلة ثلاث سنوات كمحامية للمنظمة ، قبل أن تترشح لرئاسة المنظمة وكسبها أغلب أصوات الأعضاء .
